Joe Strock Associate Pastor of Worship

Joe Strock grew up in Knoxville, Tennessee where he was baptized in the Adventist Church as a boy. In 1992, after graduating from Southern University Joe moved to Colorado and served with a team doing campus ministry at the University of Colorado in Boulder. He led worship with the campus chapter of Fellowship of Christian Athletes and served with the Boulder Adventist church for two years. In 1994 Joe heard God's call to full time ministry on a Colorado mountain top. He took the call to serve as youth pastor in Denver, attending Andrews University Seminary from 1997-2000. Joe is lead worshipper as well as a speaker and full time associate. He often leads in song, prayer or in telling stories. He has a passion in helping others find express their love for God with heart, mind, soul and strength. He is also leads a small group that meets Friday nights journeying through the entire bible in 2011. He has recorded CDs, and performed concerts across the country. He enjoys spending time with his wife and son, the outdoors--especially the pacific ocean, camping, walking, trail running, health and fitness.
